Pride-N-Middle Georgia

Pride-N-Middle Georgia is an annual, BIPOC-centered LGBTQ+ celebration and community
engagement initiative during June LGBTQ+ pride month that amplifies the lived experiences of
LGBTQ+ individuals across Middle Georgia and educates those who love and support us.
Grounded in the leadership of Black, Trans, and Queer community members who are native to
the region, this initiative is committed to the upward mobility, safety, and education of our local
LGBTQ+ community.
Middle Georgia, spanning an eleven-county region that includes the Macon and Warner Robins
metro areas, is home to countless rural communities with limited access to LGBTQ+ affirming
resources. Pride-N-Middle Georgia and its host organizations exist to close this gap to increase
access, visibility, and opportunity for connection from our most underserved neighbors.
